These beans are grown in the clouded forests of the Guatemalan highlands by indigenous Mayan women. After surviving a decade-long genocide, these resilient woman are now creating a fair-trade, holistic economy through coffee production and sustainable agriculture techniques. The coffee is grown on small farms, hand-picked, sun-dried and then roasted by Resilience Roasting.
