If for any reason you are unhappy with your WEMOC purchase, exchanges are accepted on all unworn or unused goods within 14 days of initial receipt. Should we not have the size or item you wish to exchange for, we will issue a store credit for the item total less the initial shipping charge. Shipping charges will only be refunded should the item ship in error or with damage.

An item is considered unworn or unused if it is returned in its original state, with all packaging and tags still attached. Items must be unworn, free of stain or smell, or any other condition that might prevent them from being sold as new.

Sale merchandise, undergarments, swim and beauty products are all final sale.

To return goods, simply email info@thewemoc.com to request an RA# (Return Authorization Number) prior to sending your item(s) back.

We ask that you please use a trackable, insured method of return shipping as we are not responsible for packages lost en route.

Upon receipt we will process the exchange within 48 hours. Store credits issued are valid online or in store and without expiration.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on any goods that do not meet our return standards.
